Internet Explorer's SSL setting is incorrect
Resolutions:
Configure the SSL Settings of Internet Explorer
1. Right click on the System Tray icon of WLM, and then click Exit.
2. Start Internet Explorer.
3. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
4. Click the Advanced tab.
5. Under Security, clear the Check for Server certificate revocation (requires restart) check box.
6. Click OK, and then close Internet Explorer.
7. Sign in to messenger.
